The 'vision' of
Berkeley Community Pride is:
To reduce litter, To encourage effective
community-wide recycling, and
To promote the education of our youth in the
responsible use of our resources
♦ ♦
Berkeley
Community Pride, Inc. (BCP) is a coalition of private citizens, elected
officials, community organizations, businesses, and government agencies working
through public education, prevention, recycling, clean up efforts, and public
policy to eliminate littering. Membership includes representatives of youth
groups, non-profit organizations, environmental groups, service clubs, fraternal
organizations, public sector agencies, private sector businesses, and
professional organizations that have a vested interest in the reduction of
litter throughout Berkeley County.
Berkeley
Community Pride, Inc. (BCP) is working to make Berkeley County a healthy
and beautiful place to live. We support efforts to reduce litter, eliminate open
dumping, and promote recycling as a responsible alternative for waste disposal.
